These terms govern your use of services provided by Oley Power Marketing ("we," "us"), Miami, Florida. Marketing technology and fulfillment are delivered in partnership with Local Leverage AI, and billing appears on your statement as Local Leverage.
The Local Leverage plan is $497 per month and includes:
Usage beyond the included credit tops up automatically in $10 increments and is itemized on your statement. Advertising spend is not included and is paid by you directly to Meta.
Results vary by market, budget, competition, and business. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, lead volume, appointment count, or return on ad spend. Nothing on our website, in our marketing, or said on a call constitutes a promise of a particular outcome.
We cannot deliver on the seven-day timeline if we are waiting on access or answers.
You own your business content, your contact records, your booking history, and your domain. You may request an export at any time.
We retain ownership of our templates, systems, automations, campaign structures, and the underlying platform. Your plan grants you a license to use them while your account is active, not ownership of them.
We operate within Meta's advertising policies and cannot control their decisions. Meta may reject ads, restrict accounts, or change policies without notice, and we are not liable for their actions. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims you ask us to advertise.

Calls handled by the AI booking engine may be recorded and transcribed so we can improve accuracy and so you have a record of each lead. Callers are notified at the start of the call. You are responsible for complying with recording laws that apply in your jurisdiction, and we will help you configure disclosures if you need them.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful activity, deceptive advertising, or anything that violates the policies of Meta or our telephony providers. We may suspend service immediately if your use puts our accounts or infrastructure at risk.
Service is month to month with no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. See our Cancellation & Refunds page for the full process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that period means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
